Overall very courteous staff. Very Nice property. Additional things that would be an appropriate improvements. A 6" magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom area would be greatly appreciated by the ladies. Secondly hotel umbrellas for the guest to check out on rainy days as ours were.

Room was very clean, but the air was extremely dry and the elevators were slow. If the hot tub is turned on the entire pool room fills up with a clorine vapor that stings your eyes. My children were swimming and we had to leave because it was hurting my eyes terribly.

I enjoyed my stay at Springhill. They updated the decor. Great for the price. It was clean and looked liked they dusted. Just minor things would have gotten them a 5 in my book. Lack of signage from main street. I came in at night and that would have helped because I ended up across the street and then driving circles in the parking lot. On the other […] hand parking was free!! The towels were a little rough but what you would expect from the price range. Plus side there were plenty of towels and they were clean. Bed was ultra comfy. AC unit a older louder model but it worked. Hotel"s website needs updating. Not all the tabs worked. Plus side internet was complimentary!! Almost comparable to Hampton Inn. Ok. Not bad, but not great. Uncomfortable beds. Bathtub very uncomfortable due to the non slip floor. Feels like you're being stabbed. Staff I dealt with was arrogant and aloof.

My mother, sisters and I stood at Springhill Suites the weekend of my sister's graduation from the Navy bootcamp. This hotel is about 12 miles from the base. It didn't take us long to get to the ceremony. The hotel and room were very clean. We stood here for three nights. We didn't have any complaints. The staff was attentive. Even though we didnt have time to enjoy the pool, the size of the pool wasn't too inviting. It fit only 5-8 people comfortably. I never actually went in the pool but from going into the pool area it looked clean and the strong chlorine smell assured me that it was clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is either new or recently renovated. There are plenty of restaurants within a mile or two of the location, but only a steakhouse within walking distance. We went to see my brother graduate bootcamp and enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Being prior service also i have experienced plenty of hotels and this one has been one of my favorite.
