The gentleman that was manning the front desk in the evenings during my stay was so incredibly helpful. He assisted my party in finding places to eat,... logging on to the internet, sending faxes, and even threw in a free cupcake. Besides that, all the staff seemed quite personable and eager to help. The hotel itself was nice. My only (very minor) complaint would be that the exercise room equipment seemed rather old and a little shoddy, and one had to go quite a distance to find sidewalks to run on in the neighborhood. by a Hotels.com guest on 06/23/12

Good as any of the semi-discount style hotels. Everything neat, clean, good repair, friendly staff. Of course it's not a full-service deluxe hotel tower, but all was as expected. Easy and convenient.

It was a wonderful hotel to stay in while I was in town for business. It had all the creature comforts as well as lovely decor. I particularly liked all the extra pillows. It is nice to have the little things. As well the breakfast was amazing and offered sit down and eat options as well as running out the door options!

We had never stayed in a Springhill Suites but we will definitely be back. We were in town for a buying show and the posted rate was good. The hotel seemed to be freshly remodeled with a very modern styling.
