I have always loved the Hampton Inn and raved about the spacious rooms and the awesome comfortable beds. We arrived late and exhausted and booked our room on Expedia.com. The room was a nonsmoking room, but smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was small, colors drab. The shower door would not close. I did let the receptionist know about the issues in […] the morning and she was sorry for our inconvenience. Our room wasn't the greatest and there really was not any customer service.
