"internet and bed comfort"
Of the 3 nights i stayed the last night there was the only night i had internet. I booked this room because of this. I was not able to do my homework ( classes on line) and my daughter in law couldn't do her work either. "Don't put kids upstairs"
We had a hard time getting to sleep as they booked a family above us. The parents were letting the kid run up and down the hall stomping feet at 11PM. We had to call and visit the front desk 3 times before they addressed our concern.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Microtel"
I found the Microtel to be clean and the staff friendly, but very ineffective. The walls were paper thin and our neighbors were very noisy all through the night. When I called the front desk they assured me they would take care of this problem, which they never did. Upon checking out , the front desk clerk told me she was aware of our issue and she […] was sorry, however, no compensation was made to us, nor were we offered to move our room the night before. The breakfast spread was nice and fresh and I thought the place was clean. It would have been better if the place had a pool also.
