Nicole at the front desk was great! The beach day turned out to be cloudy. Nicole gave us suggestions for fun that made the clouds go away and all was not ruined! The staff were very friendly at the front desk. We had a Queen suite, the beds were actually doubles not Queens. The mattress on the pull out couch was in fair condition. Overall the hotel was clean and the city was close to the sights we wanted to see.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
