Located just 200 yards away from ski lifts, The Grand Lodge Crested Butte boasts local attractions like Adventure Park, The Trailhead Children's Discovery Museum, and close proximity to the multi-media Alpenglow Gallery. There are also 121 ski runs nearby, and the hotel has an on-site ski rental shop.
Hotel Features.
The Grand Lodge Crested Butte features a rustic-style lobby with exposed pine beams, an antler chandelier, and two-sided stone fireplace that also faces the restaurant. A heated indoor/outdoor pool, a spa tub, a 24-hour fitness room, a steam room, and a spa are also provided. Guests can rent ski and snowboard equipment at the hotel. The WoodStone Grille and Lounge is located off the lobby; breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant.
A business center is equipped with high-speed, wireless Internet access. Concierge services, computer station, and conference rooms are available.

"Very nice hotel with condo-like amenities"
Beautiful location, not in town but two miles out -- a nice bike ride or walk. Staff was very eager to solve problems -- - coffee pot didn't work, one electric outlet wasn't functioning- and took care of it promptly. "Not much for the money"
For the money, I woke up very sore due to the terrible condition on the bed. If it is summer there is no air conditioning and it took us one day to realize that there is a fan in the closet. This would have been nice if they would have told us. The room was arranged very odd and there was a sign on our door telling us that we had to open the door oppisite. […] This was only on our room which means something wrong with door. You had to use your shoulder to get in. Vending pop machines gave wrong item that was not the picture. "Comfortable nice hotel"
This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand Lodge. Both times have been very pleasant, comfortable and relaxing. We love the indoor/outdoor pool and hottub. Also love the kitchenette in the room, always a fun challenge to see how many meals you can make with a single burner stove and microwave. "great place near the ski area"
We went for a bluegrass festival at the base of the ski area. This was the least expensive lodging option in Mt. Crested Butte (the town.) The desk folks were very helpful, as was the rest of the staff. It was SO nice to be in such a convenient location. The room was comfortable, clean, well stocked, etc. Nice little cooking area and fridge. The only […] issue was that it was warm - at 9300 feet elevation... there was a big box fan that we kept in the window all night- without that we would have been too warm.
