There is no elevator. The breakfast offerings were bland. They actually served powdered scrambled eggs. Blech!

Folks were nice. Breakfast was subpar with, of course, a TV, that was too loud. Room was clean but there was no alarm clock, lights were not plugged in and chair was very broken. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean.

This was our first stay at the Baymont Inn. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was quick and simple. The breakfast was very good! The hotel recently changed from a Hampton Inn and many of the items were still branded Hampton. The breakfast is advertised to end at 10:00 A.M. Went to eat at 9:00 A.M. and the hot foods (eggs & sausage) were gone. Informed desk clerk and her attitude seemed to indicate she didn't want to be bothered. We had difficulty finding the hotel because they had taken down their sign that very day - once we found our destination we were very pleased. Beds were quite comfortable and facilities were spotless. It was nice to see a sign on the door indicating that pets were welcomes guests.

This hotel has apparently recently reopened as a Baymonth Inn and Suites. It obviously used to be a Hampton (the bath mats still say "Hampton Inn" and there is not yet a Baymont sign up! We stayed here traveling through Texas. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Unfortunately it was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever stayed in. Both my husband and I felt the springs and had a terrible night of sleep. Other than that it was a very well kept hotel and nice room.

An old Hampton Inn in typical repair of most hotels on I40. Website stated pet freindly, had to sign a no pet policy agreemment at checkin. All in all not a bad place for the money. The neighborhood is a big questionable if you are going to wander out.at night.

Apparently just taken over by Baymont so some things still not worked out. Room was relatively clean and comfortable. It seems we were the only or nearly only guests but they gave us a room clear in the far back of the hotel and told us to park in the back. Where somewhat concerned about leaving car back there all by itself with a rather run-down neighborhood […] behind us. Breakfast selection was average. Even though I booked through Hotels.com they were confused and tried to charge my credit card again. When I questioned it they took several minutes to figure it out. This was our first experience staying in a pet friendly hotel and I was a little hesitant. Didn't know how clean the rooms would really be, etc. But I have to say, our experience was excellent. They gave us doggie treats when we checked in and our room was very clean and didn't smell like pets. We'd definitely stay at this hotel agai.

I stopped here overnight on a cross country drive and it was a fantastic spot. Decent hotel in the Hampton family. Staff is helpful and professional. Rooms clean but wish this was a full non-smoking hotel. You could smell the smoking smell when in the public hallways and stairwells.
