Everything about my stay was top quality except the valet service. The valet service was incredibly disorganized and lost our reservations twice. They were polite about it. I would stay here again. A bit inconvient on the coffee situation. Either need to make coffee available in each room or at a station in the hall on each floor, perhaps by the elevator. Sorry but do not like needing to leave the room go downstairs to retrieve coffee before I am ready.
