The hot water in the shower didn't work. When we report it they have us a hey to the room next door and said try this room for your shower. And the pool was closed but was not reported that it was going to be closed for the while month.

This hotel is very well maintained an the staff is very friendly. The problem I had with my room it's that it only a few feet away from the road. After waking up very early to catch my flight , I wanted to take a nap. I couldn't do that due to the all the cars drivin by. I felt like I was laying down on the side of the road. I was awaken very very early […] the next morning due to the same reasons. At the same time I also heard a very annoying beeping sound like an alarm clock, it was not mine, I double checked it( I woke up an hour early) it almost sounded like it was coming from the next room. That sound was going for around an hour. I was not at all happy with my room, I would certainly have asked to switch if I was there for more than 1 night. I imagine they must get a lot of complaints from people staying in room 150. They should turn it into a storage closet or something, it is not useful as a hotel room. Read more

The woman on evening shift that checked me in was very nice. The woman in the morning gave very poor service. Sliding patio door in my room actually fell off both times I tried to use it & the pillows were very uncomfortable for a Best Western

Unfortunately I was not to satisfied with the cleanliness of this hotel. Stains on the walls, mold in the toliet, dust on the furniture, freezer had ice built up, stained pillows. I won't be staying there again. Because I booked through Expedia I did not have my bill placed under my door the day of cheakout or never received any newspapers.

Several issues to address: Pet owners beware....we arrived and having a small dog with us created a conflict for the hotel, even though we spoke with the staff and they okayed our request.......Cleanliness concern:..the rooms may have been renovated but there is a layer of old filth on many surfaces...Security concerns:...sliding glass door didn't have […] a lock, we had a room on the first floor and it also took 2 people to open it. I was very disappointed that the hotel listed a pool on the hotel.com website, but when we checked in I was told that the pool was under reconstruction and was closed. This made my family very mad throughout our stay!

They said they had flat screens in the rooms. we're there to see the Playoffs, when we arrived...No flat screen. The swipe keys didn't work leaving us stranded outside until someone came by to open the doors. There was a Pee Wee Hockey tournament in town which meant kids running through the halls at all hours of the day and night. The rooms were nice […] though, as was the breakfast. The pool was closed the following morning, (Probably due to the screaming Brats from the night before.) Das angebliche Nichtraucherzimmer stank sehr nach Rauch, das Frühstück war schlecht, die Bedienung unfreundlich, der Raum total unterkühlt. Sonst war das Personal nett und Hilfsbereit. ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder nehmen, der Gesamteindruck war schlecht.

nous avons dormi très mal,les murs son très minces+++++ et on entend les voisins (parler et ... surtout tard dans la nuit) , L'air climatisé fait trop de bruit et on est obligé de l'eteindre or vous ne pouvez pas dormir avec la chaleur. Le point positif c'est la proximité (10 km.) de la plage et c'est pourquoi l'hôtel affiche complèt même avec autant […] de défaut et le gérant le sait bien. Le déjeuner est passable sans plus.Nous partions en famille et on recommande d'aller un peu loin pour le même prix vous aurez mieux que ça. De toute façon il faut garer la voiture à la plage de Hampton et 10 km, de plus n'est pas grave. Bon voyage Read more
