This is one of the nicest hotels i've ever stayed in. in our king room there was a spa tub which was not listed on hotels.com. the room was much nicer than it was made to seem on the website. Great hotel, great staff, wonderful stay

The hotel and room were both very clean and inviting. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and more than the normal bagels and cereal; they had eggs, biscuits and gravy and bacon all of which were delicious. The only downside to the hotel was parking. They had a small lot next to the building which lucky for us […] was not full. At peak season, however, this could be a challenge. They were very good about explaining parking and where you could and could not park. The hotel was easy to find just off the main street. Highly recommended. Read more

This hotel was wonderful to stay in and is very close to downtown Keystone, SD. The rooms are very comfortable and you have your choice of a firm or a soft pillow on the bed. The breakfast offered includes eggs, meat, yogurt, cereal, a pancake machine, delicious cinnamon rolls, and other various breakfast foods; it's not your average continental breakfast. […] The hotel has a large sized indoor pool and hot tub as well. First of all I almost never complain, but....Arrived at night after the first days stay and room was not cleaned. Could not fund parking outside of the hotel, told there was an overflow lot across the road down the street. Nothing marked anywhere, unable to find it so had to use public parking and move the car in the early am. This dispite some 30 open […] spaces for employees no t being used.
