"What once was great, is now mediocre"
This was my first time to stay on the third level (top).. I don't know what has happened in the last few years, but this trip was not satisfying. The bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner had issues causing it to make banging and gurgling sounds all night, the outside door took forever to finally open with the card, and the staff was not very […] friendly at all, and this marks the first time I was not asked how my stay was.
