The bathroom was in disrepair. The toilet would barely flush. Unable to control water temperature in shower. Became too hot then too cold. Floor tiles around toilet were missing and the shower tiles were moldy.

I would think that if the health department inspected this facility, they would feel an obligation to shut the place down. It is a filthy place.

First of all I walked into the room to the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke and mildew. This was incredibly upsetting after a long day wanting only to come and relax. This hotel is convieniently located to great shops, restaurants and water activities but I would not recommend it to anyone. There is a quaint B&B accross the street on the opposite corner that is also on Water Street that we would have moved to if we were staying longer than one night. Our bathroom was never cleaned from the last person. There was […] a used washcloth and their personal bar of soap with hair on it in the shower. The tub had skid proof stips that were half on and flopped around. The shower was very old. There was a portable refrig plugged under the sink you had to maneuver around. There was a $10. upgrade for water view with a walk through balcony to the other guest rooms. There were only two towels in the room that were paper thin and the size of a pillowcase. I used the Bathmat to dry off so that I can have a towel to dry my hair and leave one for my husband. From now on, I will check the towels in the room when we check in and get extra before the next morning's shower. Lesson learned for future hotel visits. This hotel has a lot of potential. It is in a great town located accross the street from the water but I would suggest to stay somewhere else. Read more

When booked this hotel it was the perfect location for saeeing the Mayflower, plymouth rock etc. I read some of the reviews whichmostly complained about outdated things and thin towels... That second room was worse than the first one. Very Very Dirty Hotel! My family and I left this hotel and were prepared that since we paid through a third party that we may not get our money back. We drove 20 miles away to a different hotel that was so much better. I called the third party who I booked the hotel through the next morning and was refunded my money. This is the only hotel in the area that accepts pets, which is the sole reason we selected it. We had booked for 4 nights. We had no maid service the first day. On our second day, the only thing the maid did was make the bed. We had no towels, toilet paper, kleenex. Our trash can was overflowing. The frig froze all our fresh fruit. Trying to turn the metal key to get into the room was a challenge. Door knobs are super old. After the two of us finally geting into the room, there was no electricty in the room (excempt the bathroom). We could not turn on room lights or the television. Was told this was an ongoing problem. This hotel was extremely dirty. The room smelled really bad and the bed sheets had cigarette burns on them. The bath towels had black stains as well as blood stains. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Disgusting.

STAY AWAY FROM RM 212!!!! i have just returned from my weekend stay at the bradford and let me tell you i am glad to be home!!!! dont be fooled by the "newly renovated rooms and lobby" the lobby is the only renovated part of the entire hotel!!!! after checking in we headed to our room which we could not get in to!! the key did not work!! we went back […] to the front desk where they called the "maintenance" man. after an hour of waiting he finally showed up. his excuse was the "door knobs are old you have to pull and jiggle the key" he told us he would change the knob which was NEVER done!! upon walking in to the room we quickly realized this is clearly not what was advertised on hotels.com!! we ordered a non smoking room and this room smelled like somone had just lit up!! we noticed the comforter on the bed had numerous blood stains on it so we called the front desk to see if we could change rooms. they said there were no other rooms available!! we asked for another comforter which housekeeping did bring and this one also had mysterious stains on it!! this room was disgusting!!!!! numerous stains throughout the room/curtains. behind bathroom door was a pile of hair and paper that was NEVER cleaned the whole time we stayed!! my wife and i literally slept in pants and long sleeves!! housekeeping is VERY POOR to say the least!! all they did was add new towels and make the bed!! they did not clean ANYTHING!!!!! the morning after the first night our toilet (which ran all day and night) clogged!! we called the front desk and they told us they would take care of it! we left at around 8:30am and returned at 5pm. the toilet was never touched!!! we called the front desk once again and were told "im sorry we may have forgotten about it". they sent the same maintenance man which did nothing. he said "i am going to have to tell my supervisor about this"!!!! so i myself got the toilet to flush!! i did what they could not!!!! the staff and hotel are of VERY VERY POOR QUALITY!!!! we h Read more

Veryyyy Disappointed with that one night we stayed there and we were supposed to stay another 4 nights. Do NOT go to this hotel it is disgusting!!! The pictures are deceiving, it is not at all how the pictures shows it to be!!! I have pictures to prove it! We arrived late at night from NJ, when we got there every minute we would find something dirty, […] like if they do not clean the rooms at all, just make the beds. The carpet was dirty and had stains all over the place, the bathroom was disgusting, the sink that is outside the bathroom had some spit residue by the handles, the little fridge was COMPLETELY dirty, the chairs had some type of stain and one of them looked like vomit or blood. Then under the pillow cases, it was disgusting, it had drool stains. The pool also isn't how the pictures show it to be. We couldn't sleep, we wanted to get out of there right away but it was raining and already tooo late to look for another place to stay plus we had driven like 5.5 hrs. I called Hotels.com and complained right away b/c we were NOT going to stay there another night! Got there and the lady at the front desk was very rude and not helpful. We needed to arrange for a taxi to get to a wedding and she gave us an old photocopied paper with 2 cab company numbers on it. One was a personal address, not a taxi company!!! The room was disgusting and smelled like mold. Air conditioner made noise all night off and on. The beds […] were old and extremely uncomfortable.
