"Disappointed"
I have stayed in a number of Country Inn & Suites, for the most part in the South East. When I was searching for a hotel outside of Atlantic Beach, and found this chain, I did not hesitate to select. I did so based on my previous experience. When I arrive for this trip, it took several minutes for a clerk to show up and check me in. The following morning, […] I came down for a quick breakfast at 8am. There was not hot food available, only empty bins, no juice or coffee. I did not see an attendant in the room, or at the desk. So, I left and went on to my appointment for the day. I would receive the same service on day two. If I had to guess, the hotel is owned (managed) by a foreign person who has no idea what Customer Service levels are. They were under staffed, little if any sense of urgency, otherwise not engaged in providing a suitable product. I will move back to my Hilton Honors program and spend more money on my next trip. "Hotel Great / Customer Care - Not so"

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. The level of cleanliness was not the best. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied. Location wise it was convenient for travel between sites. "The worst thing I have to say about this hotel..."
...is that the coffee wasn't that great. I had a two-day business meeting to attend in A.C. I think most of the other attendees stayed in the casino hotels, which I wouldn't want to see the interior of with a CSI blacklight. I didn't mind the short drive out to my hotel and I especially enjoyed the drive back the next morning. Windows down, music […] up, sun rising, fresh air off the ocean, etc. Furthermore, I am sure I paid less that half of what everyone else did. So, nice hotel. Room was nice. Listing was confusing we wanted the room with the jacuzzi out in main part of room and not in bathroom.
