Comfort Inn was out of AC and it's overall quality was just so so. Room was fine but bathtub was dirty. Service was decent. We were there for two nights, Sunday and Monday. "Better than we expected!"
The hotel was a lot nicer than we expected! We try not to spend too much on hotels but we never know how cleanly the hotel really will be. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. "Comfort inn, absecon blvd Atlantic city"
The room was not so bad when we walked in. It was my birthday weekend and my husband wanted to surprise me for the weekend. We wanted to go to the casinos and comfort inn was close to our destination. We came home like 3 0clock in the morning and when I tried to pull the comforter off the well made bed I realized that the sheets were black as in somebody […] as slept on them before. When I started to check the pillows I could see all the grease from past guest head on the pillow case. I called the front desk and they said I would have to come for new sheets if I needed them.I asked the female attendant (she knows herself) for pillow cases as well and she said she had none in which case she still went to search. My husband and I took them and went to our room. When I started to make the bed with the clean sheets I saw that the pillow case had dried blood on one of them. I showed it to the maintenance person who brought the batteries for the remote to our room. I was so disappointed that we wrapped our towels on our clothes and slept on them. "Needs TLC to be a better hotel"
I stayed at the Comfort Inn at Absecon NJ with my husband for a close of Summer season mini vacation trip and the price and location were perfect for what we needed, to be close enough to the boardwalk and casinos, but not have to pay top dollar. The hotel is convenient, a very short drive away, and the room was comfortable, however, I could smell the […] musk as soon as I walked into the building, and when I walked into the room, especially the bathroom, it smelled like a dirty rag and map had been used to clean it, with no trace of soap or any cleaning product. The bed seem clean enough, but again, a little bleach and detergent could go a long way. I would probably stay there again but would bring my own can of disinfectant and odor remover. "Gross"
This hotel was horrible. Stains on the carpet, Furniture falling apart and holes in it. There ws no air in the elevator or in the hallways and it was 100 degrees outside!
