"Little pricey, but satisfied."
I was traveling as a student with another student for a conference about 30 minutes away. The hotel was clean - nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about. The staff that checked us in, Kenja was great. On the other hand, the next day a staff member was yelling at the hotel in the parking lot with some very un-family friendly words and it was apparent […] she had been fired. The housekeeping staff was also really pleasant, so mostly our staff experiences were great. The room had inconsistent heat it seemed, and the pillows were a little uncomfortable but everything else was very nice. The fridge in the room fit our needs extremely well and we were really happy with the ammenities. The lighting was poor, though. The hotel itself was probably a little old, and there were times that was obvious, but they've done a good job of updating the things guests use the most. "OK, But..."
We had 2 adjoining rooms. In one, the air conditioner didn't work well, even tho it was set on 65. We went to lobby to play cards and that was so hot we needed a fan to get some air. Shower made so much noise, it sounded like it was coming out of the wall when we turned it on. The hotel knew air conditioners weren't working well, even housekeeper said […] it. Morning coffee was luke warm. We ended up going to a restaurant, the juice machine was out of order. I have stayed in Baymonts before and this one did not measure up to their status.
