With a good central location, the Quincy was convenient to transportation and casual food restaurants. Our accommodations were handsome and clean. Room was a bit warm. We cracked the window (and it was in the 20s outside) to cool it off a bit. The Keurig coffee system was a nice touch, as was the refrigerator and microwave. However, if the hotel has the money to put all that in a room, it surely has the cash to replace its water-wasting toilets for EPA WaterSense models. The toilet in our room […] was a 5-gallon-per-flush model; WaterSense toilets use 1.28 gpf. Plus, it ran intermittently, and running toilets can waste hundreds of gallons of water a day. Read more

Perfect location, friendly staff, extremely clean comfortable and attractively designed room. An amazing deal for central location in Washington, DC. One block from Metro station, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Extremely attentive staff and quickly delivered room service. Extremely highly recommended.

Great location. In the middle of everything with two subway stops within a couple blocks. Hotel room was like a studio apartment w/a small kitchen. Room was clean and comfortable. Desk personnel were nice and helpful. Free computer use was nice. Hotel was very nice at an affordable price. Would stay there again.

The hotel is had great front desk staff that were very helpful. The hotel was was clean, neat, and fancy. My room was VERY spacious. My bed was so huge & soft. The room had everything I needed. The view out my window wasn't that great....but that's okay considering "THE CITY". I would come back to this hotel anytime..and anytime I'm in DC again.

Went to DC for a weekend before an academic conference and wanted to get a feel for the city. The Quincy is within walking distance (for healthy people) to both the white house, the capitol, washington monument, national mall, tons of museums on one side; and to Dupont circle and great places for good food and fun times on the other. The staff was very helpful and friendly upon the stay. Speedy check-in/check out process. Room was in pristine condition, and I couldn't explain how comfortable the king size bed was! Careful to be placed by the Ice Machines on a busy night though, they can be an earful

We were greeted at the door and checked in by three wonderful staff members all of whom treated us with such a personal touch that we were immediately charmed. Such lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. The car was parked for us next door. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, cool in the high temperatures and humidity, the kitchenettes and bathrooms […] work well. There is a pub attached but if that's not your style, there is an assortment of places around the block covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Can recommend Luigi's, The Daily Grill, Smith and Woolensky, and a few more. Great location and felt very safe.Two different metro lines within a 5 minute walk. The Gray Line Hop on Hop off bus stops just 2 blocks away. You can walk to to the White House - it's not that far. So - great location. My 6 friends and I found the Quincy on L Street in Washington DC a good deal. It didnt have the usual fitness centers that we look for, but it provided coupons to a nearby one. It was conveniently a few blocks away from DC's key museums and monuments and the White House....as well as a short walk away from the Metro station. Hotel muy cerca de White House. Me parecio un hotel magnifico, muy cerca de casa blanca. Hotel muy moderno y confortable, con todo tipo de comodidades; cafe, secador, microondas, sofa. Stannade två nätter och var verkligen helnöjda. Hotellet är mycket fräscht, ligger nära till allt och har restauranger nära sig. Absolut ingenting att klaga på. Rekommenderas!!
