The hotel and conditions were very fine but during my stay I had to actually work and I had issues with the hotels wireless access ( constantly dropping my connection ). Their website claims to prove wired access but the lan drop in my room was dead. I give them high marks for style but internet access is one of those ( basic ) features that should […] just "work". "Great Services But Nothing Else"
Staff are very nice and friendly. One outstanding staff is the gentleman that checked us in, he has gone extra miles to assist us. Other pros are the bathroom amenities. However, the rooms are very small, two twin beds are size single instead of double or queen sizes, I am small built but I nearly fell off the bed a couple of times. Throughout the stay […] we can hear the noisy bang bang from the air conditioning, my 73 year old mother couldn't sleep because of this. There are no coffee making facility in the room, for the amount of money that we paid for the room, breakfast wasn't included and no free wi-fi. Overall it is a good hotel overpriced and not tailored for families and leisure travel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

The did offer wired internet but unless you have a laptop that doesn't help. Hotel was friendly, clean and had a lot going for it but marred by decision to charge for everything on top of an expensive […] rate. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
