Large room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Safe in room-good. Very quiet. In room temperature control of hvac was excellent. If the bar/dining room had ever opened on time, I would have given a higher score. It closed very early the first night and opened very late the next day. There was a complimentary wine social hour which was nice... just plan to eat somewhere else. I'm not sure the stay was worth the full price. This hotel has a cool vibe about it. The color red is prevalent, the music is very modern, space age-ish. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The beds are not for me though. "Family stay at the Rouge"

I can see how being right by the elevator would be bad. When I checked in I asked for a room withe a view and not near the elevator. They put us in the perfect room! We had checked in early and wanted to go to the mall down the street. Check in was at 3 so they let us keep the car there free of charge and told us the room was on reserve.
