Overall the cleanliness of the room was above most hotel/motels in the price range. I did like the shower head high enough on the wall that I didn't... have to completely bend over to get my head wet. My biggest complaint was the guest towels were not very clean to the appearance and had a "burnt" odor from either being left in the dryer way too long or net being removed from service before they were worn out. I understand money is tight and every business trys to get everything and out every dollar spent but those towels were well past due for retirement to the "cleaning rag" department. I have been trying to get a refund for several weeks. We checked in saw our room and checked out. Unmade bed dirty glasses in unsealed plastic covers--dirty, dirty place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean, but dated, and in need of repairs. The floor adjacent to the bath tub needs attention, and one could see a small hole in the wall. The shower handle was ready to fall off, and the screws that hold the control to the wall were ready to fall out.
