Nothing outstanding. Hint: any room about the 3rd floor is NOT remodled. The pool is shut down. The breakfast doesn't change and its not very good. There is not roll away available for a 2 bedroom dispite what it says on their website. Halls smell. The lobby looks really nice.

The only problem with my stay is that they didn't clean the room..There were no beds made or clean towels put out or trash emptied. Also, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly. We probably won't stay there again

I love the location of hotel. It was around a lot of places to eat. Food means a lot to me. Its about 15 - 20 mins away from Gateway Arch. But I found that the staff was great and did everything and give us everything we need and wanted. Love my stay thanks to the staff.

Overall my stay was pleasant and staff accomodating. The Hotel amenities such as refigerator and microwave was not included as I had expected, but was given a refigerator after speaking with owner who was very understanding. For out of town guests, the specifics should be made clearer on the website. Also, like the transpotation to and from airport […] provided. One improvement I would like to suggest: is to make your guests who have medical needs; (although may be with a family member)aware that double bolting doors at night does not allow anyone to check on them, especially the hard of hearing. The hotel was nice. Great continental breakfast! We asked for extra pillow and blankets, they brought them right away, however the noise at night was horrible! We were up most of the night, people were drunk falling on the floor, yelling. We even put the coach cushions by the door to try to get the noise level down. The pool was nice and warm. The room was OK and had everything advertized but the heating unit was noisy and woke me every hour. Pressing the Off button had no effect. The hotel needs renovating; the decor and ambiance were tatty. Breakfast was disappointing.At 7:00 am the coffee had run out. The scrambled egg was all gone. I went to reception and they got someone to see to it […] but he ambled around without any sense of urgency. It was 25 minutes after coming down for breakfast before I got my coffee. I had seriously considered running across the road to the Church's fast food place to bring a coffee back in. Another guest asked if there was more scrambled egg and the response was, "No." This was at 7:00 am. Breakfast lasted till 9:00. At night I decided to eat in the hotel. There's a Sports Bar and Grill on the ground floor but they had the TV volume up to a distorted level that made eating there unpleasant. I moved to the adjacent lounge to read my paper but I couldn't hear myself think with the ridiculous noise. The bed was comfortable, the location was good, checking in and out were fast, my room was cleaned well and the rate was good but yet I left with a mental note to avoid Comfort Inns in future. There are many better hotels with an eye for the little detail that make staying in a hotel pleasant. Not checking regularly to see if the coffee had run out just seemed to sum the place up. This hotel had very good airport shuttle service. The hotel is very close to airport so it only took 10 min. max to get there. The hotel is clean but very run down and could use an upgrade or at least new wall paper and refinishing of the woodwork. The hotel price is reasonable because of breakfast and free parking with airport shuttle.

The comfort inn airport and conference center was ok for the price. The room needed some extra cleaning on counters and fridge. Breakfast was a little akward to find everything. Elevators were slow. This hotel looks better from the outside than from inside. The carpet and walls show their age with stains, scuff marks, etc. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but the hotel needs some work.

The price was the best thing about our stay. When we arrived and checked in we went to the assigned room and found that it was not ready and that maintenance was there working on it. We went back down to the lobby and were given a different room. The room was okay. The view was of an apartment complex and the drive. But how much do you look out the […] window. The water pressure in the shower was not good and the selection on the tv could have been better. The first morning we went to the breakfast area and it was possibly one of our worst experiences. The area was very small and there was no way more than a couple of people could get their food at the same time. That is when there was food. They were out or ran out of most everything while we were trying to eat. I ask for fruit and was told they were out but about 15 minutes later another lady ask and a bowl of apples appeared. If they know how many people are staying there then they should be prepared to feed that many. The ice machine on our floor was not operating so you had to go to another floor for ice. On our 3rd day we left for awhile and when we came back we were locked out of our room. They did fix that but it is a little irritating. The exercise room was nice but the monitor on the bicycle was not working and there were towels on the floor. I have stayed in worse. If you are just wanting a room for sleeping that is close to the airport this is your place. Read more

we recently stayed at the hotel and wasnt too satisfied with it the main reason we booked it was because it was suppose to have a mini fridge in the room but when we got to the room there wasnt one and also while i was reading through the hotel services book it said that you could dial 0 for the time and temp and the woman i spoke to didnt know whether […] it was 60 or 70 degrees outside the only thing she could tell me was the time. and the parking was terrible we had to park at one end of the hotel to walk all the way to the other end just to find an elevator or even stairs, which was not very safe especially in case of a fire they only had one set of stairs and they were at one end. and the hallways were hot as could be it didnt seem as that there was any A/C in them.. The first room we were given had sheets torn off the beds, but was not made. All bedding was thrown on 2nd bed. Second room we were given, we could not access with the keys we were given. 3rd room was okay, but chair at desk was broken. Cleanliness of room and orderliness was okay, but after initial experience and being tired from a long days drive. […] Kids wanted pizza, found place that had it, but it was locked, It was recommended by hotel. It was locked because it was unsafe for employees and customers, had to knock to be let in. After a long days drive, everything seemed to get worse. We did manage to survive. Also, we had selected because it had a pool. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was closed. Never did find out why. It was not the most enlightening experience. Right now, I could not recommend it. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. If you’re interested in traveling via taxi to see a Cardinals or Rams game, stay at a hotel closer to downtown. As far as hotel pricing, I paid 40 dollars more than my friend when I booked on Hotels.com. Recommendation, call the hotel and compare the pricing before committing.

I though the hotel was very nicely done; however, the cleaning and desk staff seemed incredibly flustered due to a family reunion. While I think that the reunion is par for the course in the summer, the fact that the staff couldn't handle the busy-ness well says something. Our room was not cleaned as requested-they only provided new towels, no bed making, […] no cleaning of the bathroom and not even garbage emptied (we weren't THAT DIRTY, BUT WE STAYED FOR 3 DAYS). Additionally, the hotel apparently rents out the lobby/bar to community dance parties and karaoke nights-again, not horrible, but patrons couldn't find parking Friday or Saturday night. And some not-so-appropiate individuals were there which concerned me for safety. HOWEVER: the desk staff was really nice. The hote itself was nice with good amenities. We chose this hotel because of it's lower cost compared to other hotels that included a conference facility. Usually that's an indication of a fairly nice facility. However, we were very disappointed. The pool had been out of service for over a week when we arrived due to "health concerns" with the water? Not sure what was really going on there. We […] saw several places on the exterior where there were large holes in walls or ceilings and overall the hotel did not feel clean or well-maintained. The rooms were ok but had an old TV and had not been updated in years. Continental breakfast was average. This hotel was right next to the airport which was convenient but not in a nice neighborhood at all. Overall, it was an ok stay since we just needed a room for a night. The front desk had a bucket on counter to catch water and the hallway on the 7th floor was so hot you'd run to your room. Good enough for the price. The hotel is right off the highway, the staff was nice and helpful. The room was as clean as it could be, but definitely needed the carpet replaced in order to not look filthy. The A/C worked like a charm.
