"Horrible Service"
We were told that the room would have a pull out couch. It did not so we asked for extra blankets for a child to sleep on the floor. They never brought the blankets or the extra towels we requested. We have the feeling they treated us poorly because we booked online and were not high paying customers!? The bathroom smelled of smoke although it was a […] nonsmoking room. "Pictures of rooms and crib NOT represented well!!"
The picture of the room on the website DID NOT represent the actual room. I was expecting a sitting room with a small couch and a seperate room where the bed would be based on the pictures of the room. Also we have a 7 month old traveling with us and the pictures show an actual crib. Not only was there no crib like the picture shows, they tried giving […] us a pack'n'play as a crib. It was a used old looking pack'n'play and there was NO way i would even think of putting my daughter in something like that. I choose this hotel based on the fact that a Crib would be available for my daughter to sleep. Had i known the room would be small like it was, and NO crib i would have never booked this room. I showed the front desk the picture of what i was expecting and all they could say is they were sorry and they were all booked up and couldn't move us to another room.. Please don't represent a room by showing pictures of things that are not even offered!! Overall i was disappointed and probably wouldn't book this hotel again! "Did not give us the room we requested"
We specifically booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and two teenage children, but instead we were given a room with ONE KING BED for four people. It was a nightmare, and we were told that there were no other rooms available, so we couldn't even book a second room. Since it was late when we checked in, we had no option but to have one person […] sleep on a cot and, since they refused to put a second cot in the room, one person had to sleep on the floor.
