"Worst mattress I've ever slept on"
Hotel was a little hard to find, but once I arrived hotel was nice. My room was nice as well . Everything was pleasant until I sat in the bed. I sank into the mattress as if I weighed 500 lbs. "Renovation in the lobby"
Construction was being done in the lobby. The mattress was not firm. it had a huge dent in the middle and it was stained too. it was a smoking room but the room smelled like an ashtray. Beds weren't made, housekeeping showed up after 3pm. Employees were very nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Traveling to NY in the winter, and not feeling very well at the time, we specifically paid extra to "treat ourselves" to some pampering, specifically a hotel with a hot tub. "Hard to find, decent restaurant"
