"3 Star Hotel"
When I checked into the hotel, staff was nice & clean. On the way to my room on the 2nd floor, the door was wide open, toilet seat up, & fridge & freezer wide open. Staff at front desk said because the housekeepers just cleaned the room. Little sketchy because the last few times I went there, my room wasn't like that. Once I arrive on the 3rd floor, […] strong smell of cigarette smoke. Second room on the 3rd floor was slightly better. The fridge/freezer doors were closed, room door was closed, but the toilet seat was still up. Maybe this is a new policy at their hotel. Room had a little odor from the first room. "close to everything"
I had a pleasant stay. the room was clean with brand new carpet. I had a good night sleep with no problems at all. though the microwave was not clean and also the railings in the bathroom had rust on it. "Great for a longer stay"
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times on visits with my daughter in Augusta. While it's not the most convenient location if you're aiming at the city (about 6 miles from the primary exits), it's right off of the interstate and easy to find and get back to. Also, it's one of the only moderately-priced hotels I've stayed in that has a full refrigerator/freezer, […] microwave, ironing board, and a coffee pot (I don't drink coffee, but I do see how it could be a real plus). There's also a coin-operated washer and dryer downstairs! On the negative side, on one visit there was a bad smell on the elevator and third floor (smoke, I think) and the air conditioning is difficult to get the way you want it. The location was the only real benefit for my stay, I do travel quite a bit and this was a middle of the class as accomodations go. The "breakfast bar" was availible, and that is about all I can say. "Sounded good on paper, but not in reality..."
Pool was tiny and in the parking lot. This was basically a truck stop. Yogurt was expired, sausage was cold, iron was broken, upper floors smelled strong of cigarette smoke. The room itself was decent. Very large fridge, very small microwave. The staff was nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Alle værelser har ingen mulighed for at åbne vinduet, og da natten i Georgia er varm, støjer air condition/fan hele natten. Om dagen er luften på værelserne indeklemt.
