Brenda K. on the desk was extremely helpful changing my room when it was shown the card would not open the room lock ,also her tip about having both light switches in the up position allowed us to be able to watch TV . Mirrored closet door came off track, no maintence on the weekend. All kitchen cabinets felt greasy to touch on the wooden pull handles. Issue not addressed by housekeeping.
