"Hope you don't like breakfast."
Not the worst motel I've ever stayed in, but certainly the worst breakfast I've seen at a place that offers free continental breakfast with stay. They had some stale cereal, but no milk, toaster waffles and bagels in a mini fridge with what appeared to be apple juice and a tub of country crock for everyone to use out of. There was coffee, not very good […] coffee, but it was the only plus. I can't forget to mention the over ripe fruit that was probably on the edge of spoiling. Rooms were clean, but it was noisy, and the contential breakfast?....no fruit, cereal but no milk, breakfast only put out when we asked where it was and that was after 7:00 a.m. Not happy and will not stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hard bed, rude service, load people"
Let me just say, the bed was so hard that my husband went out and got the air matress for me to sleep on. The man who was checking people in was VERY rude and he put a bunch of young kids that stayed up all night right next to our room so we did not get any sleep, which is the only reason we stayed there to begin with. I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms were dingy with old furniture, and the linens appeared to be very old, too. There wasn't much at all for breakfast and no coffee even made. No one was working the desk so there wasn't anyone taking care of anything.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Worst hotel experience I have ever had"
Although the hotel was in pretty good shape and the staff was friendly - they did not turn the a/c on before we got there and it was over 100 degrees in the room. We checked in at 9:30pm and it took until 2am for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. As you know we have record high heat in Texas for last 45 days. We have shortage in electricity in our town so we can not have all AC on all the time. It is so hot out side and we try our best have cool room for guest. For all reservations we get there AC is on before 2 hours of there arrival time.

"Cannot recommend"

Response by Victorian Inns Of Paris Texas Far as we the staff at the Victorian Inns know that all our non smoking rooms are smoke free rooms. We have daily maid service to all our rooms and never been reported that any of the guest have smoked in non smoking rooms. We not saying that expedia guest is not telling truth but we try our best to provide best rooms to all our guests. Once we rent the room we don’t know that guest is going to smoke in or not. So maybe once in while guest do smoke in non smoking rooms and we don’t know about it. Our maintenance man check daily hotel condition, room comfort and cleanliness. Also we offer complimentary continental breakfast includes fruit, coffee, juice, toast, bagels, waffle, and cereal. As far as we know that what we offer is call continental breakfast.
