Four Points by Sheraton Minneapolis Airport

Arrived at Motel & waited for a large group to figure out reservations that were lost. We sat just to the edge of the counter after makin eye contact with Dan& waited for the group to clear. A couple walked in & looking right at Dan, they were helped first than a next guy. Aprox 20 min later we were help by the Maintenance man who asked if we'd been […] helped,yet? Checked in Room.12 lrg items in a small room. Poor excuse for a suite!! Left to get items out of car, returned to find key wouldnt work. Was accused of putting it in wrong or by my cell phone. Dan came to look, maintenance said it was broken,had to move rooms. Wasnt sure it would be a suite. Not happy! We moved to another, didnt have all the ammendities of the first. Had to bring us a TV and an alarm clock. The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. There was mold and water patch stains on the ceilings by the sink and in both the shower room and toilet room, dirty mirrors, cracks in the paint, an old Urine on the base of the toilet. Had to keep heat high, for the nasty draft from the window. Went out for the evening to return at 10 pm and find no parking. Asked to have a few vehicles moved that were taking up 2 space but was told 'NO', you can use the over flow. Which is in another business's lot, without being towed? Why should I have to park in another lot, when they let the extended stay park in the hotel $110.00 for this treatment, I WILL NOT GO BACK!! The regular cost of this room was $280.00 to start. I have stayed at what other people would consider low rate motels and have had better service and quality. This Hotel needs a strong update, Especially for its prices. Read more

I arrived there and was promptly given my room. They made great accommodations for me as I requested a particular room. Staff was more than friendly. Only downfall was the delay in the plow. I was stuck in the parking lot for about 20 minutes. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Ramada. We had a beautiful room. it was very comfortable and inviting. It was a relaxing environment. We did have a little trouble with billing. The person that checked us in told us that there would be a small hold placed on our card in case we ordered something on our room or whatever. Later when we checked our account […] it was almost 4 times the amount the attendant actually said it would be. We went to the front desk and a different person was there and she looked at our account and told us that the person who checked us in did it incorrectly and apologized for the in convenience, but there wasn't anything she could do to remove the hold, but we would not be charged. We were not actually charged, and the hold did come off our account, but it was certainly inconvenient to not have access to some of our funds on our vacation. Read more

The Richfield Ramada is a great place to stay if you are looking for a cheaper option close to the Mall of America. They provide a free shuttle to the Mall of America and are there to pick you up as well. The only issue we had was that we had to wait 20 minutes past what we were told to be picked up by the shuttle. The hotel itself is very nice and […] well maintained and is in a very nice neighborhood right off the highway. The only complaint I had was a dirty streak on the ceiling in the bathroom. Read more
