"Water"

It was easy to find. We enjoyed the restaurant. The pool was very nice (not cold). The only thing we didn't like was no elevator and we couldn't use wheels on stairs. Breakfast was also nice but someone used rest of milk in carton and drank right out of carton to finish. "Overwhelming Cleaning Solution Smell"
The cleaning solution was so thick in our room it burned the back of my throat and I'm not at all sensitive this way. Also, all the ice machines were broken, but the front desk would give you a bucket if you asked for it. The halls were dark and dingy, and the continental breakfast was a free for all. The Hotels.com site highlighted a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and exercise room. The truth was the hot tub was being "rebuilt", the steam bath was "out of order", The pool was so dirty that even my grandchildren refused to enter it The sauna worked but honestly it was probably the shabbiest sauna I have ever been in and I have enjoyed over a hundred […] saunas worldwide. To top it off the ice makers were not working and they said we could get ice at the front desk. It's a great place to stay! The people are friendly and helpful. It's clean comfortable rooms have a fridge and microwave in each room. There washer and dryers available to guest. "Very old and run down!!"
Hotel is very old and run down. The hallway carpet is very dingy, dog "marks" all over the furniture and doors in our room. Pool area is very poorly taken care of, hot tub out of order, sauna out of order and steam room out of order. No coffee or refreshments in lobby area.
