"Great Location for Colonial Williamsburg"
The hotel was in a good location and was very clean and well maintained. It is located within a mile or so of Colonial Williamsburg and the Colonial Parkway. A Cracker Barrel was across the road and a few other locations within walking distance of the hotel are UNO Pizza, ,a putt putt course, a nice Kmart. I would recommend this location for the pr […] ice. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent Location"
The Hotel was in a great location just minutes from Historic Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Continental breakfast was OK - Waffles were great. Indoor pool with hot tub was fun. Room was clean, beds felt a little lopsided but were OK. Several good resturants within walking distance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to everything"
I felt the bathroom was very cramped, and not that clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was honestly horrible... You couldn't make your own waffles they had someone making it for you, they had the cream cheese but no bagels, coffee was bad... Not a good breakfast at all. The pool was fun. I was okay with the room, just not the breakfast. I would […] stay again, but would rather pay for my own breakfast across the street at Cracker Barrel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"The Best Western in Williamsburg"
I would recommend this hotel only if they get better mattresses for the beds. The bed was horrible. You could feel the springs when you slept. My husband and I could not get a good nights sleep. He actually tried sleeping on the sofa the second night. My girlfriend and her husband said the bed(mattress) was horrible in their room as well. They were […] a little late setting up breakfast the first morning. The second morning they were on time, but the organge juice was like water. Overall the people are very nice and it's is a decent hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western Williamsburg, pleasant surprise."
Based on past experiences with Best Western I was more than surprised with the experience I had here. Check in took 5 minutes, and the clerk was very helpful. The room was quite comfortable and we had no issues with anything. The beds were perfect and there were even extra pillows which was very nice, and made sleeping a dream. The hotel has a heated […] indoor poll, and I wish I would have brought my bathing suit as I would definitely have taken a swim. The standard hotel continental breakfast was hot, and the coffee and orange juice was especially good. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel to anyone who happens to need a place to stay in Williamsburg. It's centrally located to all points of interest and access to and from the interstate is easy. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location, Great Value for the Money"

"Suitable"
The hotel itself is not very fancy but the service was adequate. I left behind a much liked necklace and braclet and as of now have not received any word from the hotel that it has been recovered. I know for a fact even where I left it in the room. I am hoping for the best.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quite disappointing"
Staying at the Best Western in historical Williamsburg was quite disappointing. The hotel is relatively run down showing many years of wear and tear. The indoor pool area is less than expected, with little upkeep evident. Breakfasts might have been OK, but the area for the breakfast was too small resulting in it being over-crowded with no room to navigate […] the serving area without bumping into eating guests. This too was a disappointment as it was always crowded and NOT accessible at all. Room upkeep was not acceptible to our standards - the floors and elevator floors were always wet and slippery, causing a danger to all, the housekeeping was atrocious in the guest rooms as there was dirt, dust, old wrappers and left-over stuff behind the couch, under the bed, and along the perimeter of the room. We had no hot water in our first room, and asked to be moved. A little improved in the next rom. Unfortunately, we had prepaid for our stay to get the low rates so it was not feasible to leave as we wanted to do. Until there are major changes and cleaning inside and out, I cannot recommend this hotel, even at an incredibly low rate. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a resort, but adequate"
If you just need a place to crash between outings into Williamsburg, this is a good place to stay. They were very full and gave us a handicapped-accessible room, which meant a very low bed and a roll-in shower. There wasn't much free space in the room around the bed, and no real room to lounge around if that's what you're interested in. Breakfast buffet […] was good. The interior of the hotel feels cobbled-together and is a bit hard to navigate. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"could do better"
the receptionist was at best disinterested and unhelpful at check in.Hotel itself is ok but breakfast was chaotic with not enough seating, running out of food on numerous occasions with poor excuse (e.g. no bread or bagels one moring -- the van didn't arrive) ,no orange juice--in USA !. The waffle maker created a terrible mess and we didn't think that […] to put towels on the counters to catch the overflow was a hygenic experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
