We checked in at 2 a.m. Had to catch 6 a.m. train to Chicago. Front desk had our reservation but made us wait until computer update was complete before they would check us in. Most hotels have your key card ready when you get there. The man at the desk was actually quite rude, as though we were an unwanted interruption.
