"close to family"
We had trouble with not having hot water in our room the first night. Nest day, they moved us to another room which had the same problem. The third room had hot water!! However, the hotel personnel was friendly and helpful throughout our ordeal.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Connecting room drama"
We requested adjoining rooms as we were traveling with my elderly sister-in-law. When we arrived, our rooms were a great distance apart. "Hampton Inn near many wine maker locations"

Checkin was quick and easy. Received a call from hotel staff tho find out if room was in good condition and everything functioning. (1st time that ever happened). Room was large and very clean. The only problem I had was the room temperature and lack of bedding. If the heater was on automatic it would stay on without shutting off. So we kept the heater […] off. Room was at 65 degrees with heater off, would have been fine with additional bedding. Breakfast was better than most and the facility was clean and attentive. The hotel was well appointed and very clean. The front desk service was pleasant and check in was fast despite being a long line, as we arrived on a Friday around 3 PM. The hotel offers a buffet style breakfast which is simple but adequate. We were happy to be able to roll right out of bed and head to the main lobby for a quick bite before beginning […] our day. The hotel was most comfortable, however, the hot breakfast wasn't very hot. The eggs, potaoes & sausage were lukewarm to cold. I was there @ 6am so should have been very hot. "Nice new hotel"
This is a new hotel, so very clean and comfortable. Interesting that the sink in the bathroom seems to be build for people over 6 ft tall. My wife had to get on her toes to reach the sink. We stayed here to visit some wineries. We liked the complimentary breakfast and comfortable, quiet room but no glassware available. The hotel is located in a car park with taco bell and McDonalds also in the complex.
