"dissapointment about a promotion"
The Comfort inn had a promotion that if you stay twice for two nights each you would recieve a 50 dollar gift card. When I inquired about that, the person at the desk said that because we didnt book the stay through the hotel directly we werent elligible for that bonus. TOO bad! I probably would have stayed again. "The Hotel In Farmington, New York"
This location is convenient for me but the carpet was not clean and the mattresses needed replacement. (There was a gruve in the middle.) The associates were friendly but need a little more polish, especially at the price that was charged. "cloudy pool water"
The place was well-kept. Breakfast was ok. We chose this place because it had a pool for our children and for the 'queen-sized' beds. But it must have been bad-timing on our part because the pool water was very cloudy and someone that came to test the water said it shouldn't look like that. 2nd day was the same.
