The only bad thing was that Hotels .com does not accurate info on Edgewater Hotel. 1st It is a bed and breakfast. 2nd. The first floor rooms you said we would get are on the second floor. .But we did enjoy our stay very much. The food was great as well as everythig else. Charming bed and breakfast, beautiful location, great food, very attentive service. For those that complained - yes the furniture is antique. It is not a holiday inn, it is a bed and breakfast, so I find the complaint confusing. It was beautiful, and followed the theme of an Inn that was built in the '20's, which is what it actually is. No, there were […] no LCD flat screen tv's, but hopefully you are not not going there to watch tv. Not without modern conveniences though. WiFi throughout, AC, and very clean. "Perfect for the West Orange Trail. Well run!"
Well run and spotlessly clean. Originally built almost 100 years ago and refurbished lately so not modern, yet exceptionally well run. I'm going back soon. This is a perfect restored 1920's hotel, with great made to order breakfast and wonderful resturants literally attached in the same building.
