The place is a dump and my perception is that there is a lot of crime in the area since there was a cop car in the back of the hotel most of the time.The person up front was poor at best and spent most of her time making personal calls.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice looks bad execution."
The hotel looks nice on the outside but our room was a big disappointment. You could feel the springs in the beds. It was clear they needed to be changed or flipped at the very least. Bugs in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was so loud it was disrupting. The tv's speakers were blown so all you heard was a buzzing noise over the sound.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Our Stay"
There were no trash bags in the containers, and we asked for some but they never came. The bar downstairs allows for people wandering around the pathways where the rooms are and some of the time in the early morning hours people would hang outside the window talking. The hotel is not kid friendly at all, or even felt safe to us as a family because of […] this. At one point we even had to ask people to excuse us so we could get to our room. The water in the vanity area was so hot that the steam was coming from it imediately so I did not even let my children use this sink. The bathtub would not hold the water so the children could take a bath, and also the sink faucet would not shut off completely. I asked the front desk for more blankets so the children would be warm and two hours later I had to ask again. At this time the front desk told us where we could find the person and when we did he stated he was only one person and had enough to do. Getting extra towels was the same drama. "BUDGET INN"
THE ROOM WAS NOT AS BAD AS I EXPECTED IT TO BE AFTER READING PREVIOUS REVIEWS. I WENT TO EPCOT FOR NEW YEARS EVE AND WANTED TO RENT A CHEAP ROOM BEING THAT IT WAS ONLY FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. THE BUDGET INN WORKED OUT JUST FINE. ALTHOUGH THEY SHOULD INVEST IN NEW TOWELS AND BED SHEETS. MY EXPERIENCE IN THE IHOP DOWN STAIRS HOWEVER WAS HORRIFIC. MY FOOD […] HAD MOLD IN IT. THE MANAGER KEPT TELLING ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FOOD. I DID NOT EAT IT BUT STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT. WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR I REALIZED THEY HADNT GIVEN ME A RECEIPT SO I WENT BACK TO FIND THREE OTHER FAMILIES COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING. "Just say no"
The room had a funny odor; the television "on/off" button was broke, and there were no batteries in the remote. We booked via Expedia and paid for three nights but only stayed for one evening as we found a nicer place closer to Orlando. It was a bit creepy....sorry!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Cheap Hotel-- could be worth it"
I am in college and on a strict budget so for me it worked. However, this really is not a very good hotel. The bed is uncomfortable, the pool is tiny, and I set a wake up call with a front desk staff and they never called! Also, I arrived late at night and as a female I felt slightly uncomfortable. "nice ECONOMY Hotel"
