The 158 air-conditioned guestrooms at Westgate Branson Lakes at Emerald Pointe include washers/dryers and coffee/tea makers. Beds have pillowtop mattresses. For a surcharge, guests can use the in-room wireless high-speed Internet access. Televisions are equipped with cable channels and DVD players. All accommodations provide phones with voice mail; free local calls are offered (restrictions may apply). Bathrooms offer bathtubs or showers, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. All units at this 3-star condo have kitchens with stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Additional amenities include irons/ironing boards and ceiling fans. In addition, housekeeping is offered weekly and amenities available on request include wake-up calls. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in April 2011.

"Not too far from everything"
We liked renting the condo. Having a second bed would have been nice, but we worked it out. The pull-out couch wasn't the most comfortable. Loved the view of the water! We liked having a tv, fridge and microwave. We would have liked Netflix or On Demand services for movies, but at least we could bring DVD's. Having a lower fee for internet services […] would be nice. Remember to bring everything, like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee creamer, because nothing is available unless you find Walmart. "Read Reviews Before Booking Don't Trust Pictures"
1st I had no problems with the staff. They were what I would expect to be the standard at any hotel. That said almost everything else was a total letdown. The pictures on the site did not in any way represent the room we received. Most of the floor tiles were loose or broken. If you stay here expect to hear everything that goes on in the room next to […] you and I don't just mean noisy people. You will hear entire conversations. The walls are so paper thin that at one point we even heard someone placing a glass down on the table in another unit. If your room connects in any way to another you will hear everything. (Above, Below or Sides) We woke up to other rooms conversations each morning. The bed was awful! The first morning my wife and I both said that that was the worst nights sleep we had had in a long time. We booked this room because of the space. with 3 young kids we like the privacy of our own room with the kids on the fold out in the other room but this place feels like your neighbors are in the room with you. Our units are in 4 story buildings; the condos do share walls and there may be sounds heard from your neighbors. I apologize for this inconvenience. "Not bad for the price"
Rooms could have been cleaner. Spider webs and a spider in the room and a few nasty spots on the tile in the bathroom and walls. Very hard to find at night if you are not fimilar to the area with long, narrow, dark roads but with it that close to the lake I guess it is to be expected. Don't have much to say about the staff as we didn't need anything […] but the check-in was nothing special. Indoor pool was ok. "Beautiful View"
The condo we stayed in could use a little updating. Example: larger tvs, newer carpet, fixtures, and decor. The view from the condo was magnificent and worth the price of the room. "Take the good with the bad"
We would definitely stay here again. It is 15 min from Branson Landing and SDC. The property itself is gorgeous and sits right on Table Rock Lake. The outdoor pool we visited (there are a few) was better than the average hotel pool. We would stay again b/c we liked having the separate sleeping area from our children. The kitchen and laundry facilities […] were great, too! The room was very plain and the bed/pillows in the bedroom were uncomfortable. The temperature control for the bath/shower was the worst I've ever encountered! Also, I was a little disappointed the girl who checked us in didn't write down our bldg #, so we had to return to the clubhouse check-in to get that information. "Too much noise"
This was our first experience staying in this resort and everything was great except we were on the first floor and we could hear a VERY LOUD water flow in the bathroom coming from the floor above us. Not sure if it was from someone flushing the toilet or the shower running. Also, when we go on vacation we really enjoy being able to sleep in but here […] we were awaken by someone staying in the room above us walking back and forth across the floor. And it was very annoying at 5:00 A.M. to hear the ceiling creaking in every direction. Otherwise, the scenery was breathtaking and the hospitality was wonderful. We would've asked for a different room but we had children with us and that would have been more trouble than what it was worth. "Westgate Emerald Pointe - beautiful location"
This was our third time staying at Westgate Emerald Pointe. As usual, it was a fabulous stay. Very helpful staff and very clean inside and out. The kids love the indoor pool and even played basketball on the basketball court just a few yards from our rooms. We have never been to the resort on peak season. We have always gone in late fall and get wonderful […] rates!!! I would highly recommend Emerald Pointe to anyone traveling to the Branson area. LOVE the scenery. Our only complaint would be that we could easily hear the noise from the surrounding rooms. But with our experience of other hotels/condos etc...it was no more than normal.
