Situated in Hollister, Westgate Branson Lakes at Emerald Pointe is on a lake and close to Tablerock Lake State Park, Showboat Branson Belle, and Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery. Also nearby is Table Rock Dam.

Westgate Branson Lakes at Emerald Pointe has a marina, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. Public areas are equipped with wireless Internet access (surcharges apply). Additional amenities include a spa tub, a fitness facility, and an arcade/game room. Self parking is complimentary. This is a smoke-free property.
Guestrooms.
The 158 air-conditioned guestrooms at Westgate Branson Lakes at Emerald Pointe include washers/dryers and coffee/tea makers. Beds have pillowtop mattresses. For a surcharge, guests can use the in-room wireless high-speed Internet access. Televisions are equipped with cable channels and DVD players. All accommodations provide phones with voice mail; free local calls are offered (restrictions may apply). Bathrooms offer bathtubs or showers, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. All units at this 3-star condo have kitchens with stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Additional amenities include irons/ironing boards and ceiling fans. In addition, housekeeping is offered weekly and amenities available on request include wake-up calls. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in April 2011.

"Not too far from everything"
We liked renting the condo. Having a second bed would have been nice, but we worked it out. The pull-out couch wasn't the most comfortable. Loved the view of the water! We liked having a tv, fridge and microwave. We would have liked Netflix or On Demand services for movies, but at least we could bring DVD's. Having a lower fee for internet services […] would be nice. Remember to bring everything, like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee creamer, because nothing is available unless you find Walmart. The front desk staff was not very friendly. They did not tell us anything about the amenities that they offered. We were given information concerning wi-fi but when we tried to use it, it would not work. We called the front desk and were told that it costs 10.00 a day. We chose not to order it. "Awesome experience! (with standoffish staff)"
My wife and I were so surprised at what an AWESOME experience this was. We had no idea the room would turn out to be more like the inside of a house or at least an apartment - with dishes, washing machine & dryer, hot tub, patio, full kitchen - the works! The view was amazing as well. We could not have been happier in this regard! The only negative […] thing was the hotel staff. Two different ladies were very impatient. For example, upon check-in, I asked how to find our building. The lady answered my question but as quickly as possible. It was obvious that she felt her job was finished after handing me my key. She was so standoffish that I completely forgot to ask other questions that I wanted about the facilities: how to access the lake, when the pool is available, where local restaurants are located, etc. She would have never allowed me to ask these questions - as important as they are to someone unfamiliar with the area. If she had been willing to spend 30 more seconds with me, we could have maximized our experience at the resort! The second woman was equally ready to hangup the phone when I simply called to ask when check-out time was. All in all, I WILL still recommend this hotel. We loved our stay. The hotel stay turned out to be the best part of our stay in the nearby Branson, MO area. "Take the good with the bad"
We would definitely stay here again. It is 15 min from Branson Landing and SDC. The property itself is gorgeous and sits right on Table Rock Lake. The outdoor pool we visited (there are a few) was better than the average hotel pool. We would stay again b/c we liked having the separate sleeping area from our children. The kitchen and laundry facilities […] were great, too! The room was very plain and the bed/pillows in the bedroom were uncomfortable. The temperature control for the bath/shower was the worst I've ever encountered! Also, I was a little disappointed the girl who checked us in didn't write down our bldg #, so we had to return to the clubhouse check-in to get that information. "Great room, unfriendly staff."
My kids, husband and I arrived in Branson around noon Saturday. We stopped by our hotel in hopes that we would be able to check in and do some swimming before our evening show that we had tickets for. We had already paid for the room in full, so I expected the check in process to be very quick and simple. Upon arrival I was told by the very unfriendly […] woman at the front desk that our room was "more than likely not ready yet". She matter of factly explained to me that check out is at 10am and check in is at 4pm. I politely said that we would just go have lunch and maybe a room would be ready by the time we returned. She then said, "Like I said, check in is at 4pm...so your room won't be ready until 4pm". We sucked it up and came back after 4pm. When booking our room we did not realize the check in was so late. I explained this to her, but she didn't seem to care. So, basically we did not get our room for a full 24 hours, and the staff was rude about the fact that we were there early and did nothing to resolve our confusion or try to help our situation. Hotel was great, beautiful view and great amount of space. Only complaints are that our fridge was leaking quite a bit, and our blow dryer was broken. But they brought a new one right away. I would have also liked there to have been room-darkening curtains in the bedroom because the sun was very bright and woke up my baby at 6am! "NIce hotel but with problem"
The Hotel was very nice, great view from room. The room was very clean and beautiful. Only problem occured after returning from dinner when my wife went to use the jacuzzi and we had no hot water. My first call to the front desk was taken and I was told that the neighboring room shares the water heater and that they may have used all the hot water. […] I waited for 30 minutes and still no hot water. This time I was told that they would try and contact their maintenance worker. I was called back 30 minutes later and told that they could not get a hold of him and if they did it would take 1 hour for him to get there. They did offer to give us a room to use for a shower but we declined as it was already 10 pm. The water was not fixed the next day until 10 am as we were checking out. "It was nice"
We had a one bedroom condo. It was very nice and clean. The only problem was you could here everything in the other suites and the light outside the rooms came through the blinds.
