"Could Use Improvement"
Stayed for 2 nites for business. Hotel staff could be friendlier. The only really pleasant person was the breakfast attendant. The breakfast was poor. Minimal items to choose from and lack of variety. Also the fact that you had to eat and drink at the tables was disturbing. "Close to highway"

"Front Desk Clerk"
When we were leaving the hotel, I gave my keys to the clerk who was using foul language while she was on an obvious personal phone call. I was trying to ask if she could recommend a nearby restraunt and she told the person she was on the phone with to "hang on" then covered the mic on the phone and whispered, "What do you need?" I simply said, "Nevermind...carry […] on your conversation!" and stormed out. I've never seen anything like that from someone in a hospitality position! Atleast the room was pretty nice!
