We're happy about our stay at this hotel, iit was clean and comfortable. However, it seems like there was an issue between Hotels.com system and the hotel. We booked this hotels with two double beds through Hotels.com but we checked in, the room only has one king bed. I really enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel, it was nice, quite, clean and good. My only advise would be if you are trying to decide if u want the breakfast included or not, I say take it! It is very clean and put together. But if you were more a Starbucks fan than don't take the breakfast option because there are 3 Starbucks in the area 2 in the […] mall and 1 next to whole foods which is right next to The Westin hotel in the area:) I stayed there on a Saturday and checked out Sunday! It is within a walking distance to Tyson's corner and there is a gas station also within a walking distance. Nice resturaunts in the area including inside the mall itself. If you were like me and prefer spending less in hotels but perfer them to be in a nice area than this is the hotel for you :) I will stay there again. Read more

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable king bed, and great area! Only complaint was that the waffles via room service came without whipped cream and bacon as listed, and were actually a single waffle and not "a stack" as described. I only stayed one night at this hotel and overal i really enjoyed the staff , especially the front desk personel were really helpful and nice. Yet, my only complain is about the room service when i called and 5:45 for a bottle of water and they told me i had to wait till 6 for the room service to open, although most hotels offer unlimited complimentery […] water, I had to pay for mine. The only reason i'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 is because in the past i've found rooms with the more ammenitites for the same price. No complaints though. Nice, clean, see the beltway and a couple of malls from the window. I opted for the lowest end price, smaller room and queen bed..... just basic bed and tv.

Had a heck of a time getting to the hotel every time, but it's a pretty decent place. There was a little shabbiness, like the carpets in some of the hallways were worn and wrinkled. Well situated for Tyson's Corner malls. Great that the hotel ran a shuttle bus to the malls as it was difficult to walk there with major roads with not many pedestrian crossings. Food in O'Malley's was mediocre but the hotel had free internet access for guests. Cost over $40 for a cab to Dulles airport - but the hotel were happy to arrange it.

It was affordable, clean, convienent and reasonably priced. Abraham at the front counter was very friendly and showed he was proud of "his" hotel. He seemed to take a lot of pride in his work! The other guest were a little noisy, but who can control that. Check in and check out was fast and easy. I would recommend this as a great place to stay overnight […] in the Tysons Corner area. I don't think we could have stretched it past a couple of days as this hotel did lack some of the amenities like a microwave and refridge. I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The room/bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The only problem I did have was when I dined at the O'Malley restaurant on the main floor. I arrived at this hotel at around 12:30am to check-in. I had my 3-month-old son with me. Due to some confusion, I showed up (laden with bags and baby) at a side entrance (not the main entrance). I called the front desk to ask if they could kindly let me and my baby in at the side door. I was told that I would have to get myself to the main entrance, […] and that no one could let me in. Cold and exhausted, I piled all my stuff back into my car and proceeded to try locate the main entrance. Upon getting to the front desk, the attendant checked me in without so much as an apology, or expression of concern. The whole experience was terribly disappointing and the furthest thing from the luxury treatment that the hotel promises. Read more

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and was a good size. The bed was a little soft but that's just personal taste. Would like to see a mini refridgerator in the room was the only real draw back I had we couldn't keep the leftovers from the $150 meal cause there was no fridge. Other than that I wish the lady at the front desk would have just given me […] directions to the metro. She offer the shuttle but parking is free on the weekends and I don't like relying on someone else for a ride when my car is perfectly usable. FIY double check you GPS when going to a metro I spent almost 2 hours going to a metro that was 7 minutes from the hotel because it took me on 66 which was a nightmare then to get off it took me into 495 construction zone which nightmare doesn't even begin to describe when come to find out three turns and 7 minutes would have gotten me to the West Falls church station parking area. Wasted half of the time I could have been at the zoo. All that being said I would stay here again there is a really nice mall across the street and the area isn't bad. I'd give it a 4 out of 5. Had to be in DC for the hottest weekend of the summer. 9th floor of hotel was a little stuffy and our air conditioner struggled to maintain anything below about 80 degrees. Room was nice and clean enough. I'm sure if the temps had not been above 100 we would have had no worries with the room. As it was it was pleasant enough.

This hotel was located conveniently in the middle of all the events I needed to attend. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The weekend rates were outstanding. I would recommend this hotel for extended stays.The only downside is the ongoing road construction of the surrounding area.
