"Serviceable"
Convenient to the interstate. Room was clean with large mini fridge and microwave. Easy check in and out. Clean pool area and all the basics for breakfast. Nothing fancy but good choice for overnight stay.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Holiday Inn in Ames, IA"
The hotel needs some work. The wallpaper is drab and "used" looking. The tile on the bathroom floor was rubbed black (color worn off) in several spots. The tub sealant also needs to be redone. The carpets need cleaning and beware of the flying/crawling incests that sneek into the room via the air conditioner unit that "staff unfortunately can't control" […] hotel staff's exact words.
