"Nice stay"

"Nice clean hotel - but no hot water"
I booked a room for Oct 20th stay. The hotel room itself was nice and clean. Hotel staff courteous, but when my family went to shower in the morning the water was not even room temperature. It was border line cold, in fact. Nothing makes you appreciate hot showers when you can't have one. We went to tell the front desk and they seemed less than concerned. […] She did apologize, so I want to make it sound like she was rude. Not having a hot shower isn't the end of the world, but when you pay that much for a room, you expect more than a clean bed. "Pleasant hotel experience."

reserved room on line for 4 adults 2 teens they gave us a room with a queen bed and a pull out couch then they brought in 2 cots no room to walk through room very uncomfortable front desk really showed no concern.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
