"Horrible cleanliness & service"
We arrived and front desk girl was very messily dressed, said very little, and did not act profressional at all. When we arrived at our room a smell of urine was so strong it just about knocked us over. I immediately went back to the front desk and imformed the girl who checked us in, who when hearing of the smell proceeded to give me keys to another […] room, without saying a word! She offered up no explaination, or comment. I thenasked if she would come down the halland smell it for herself, which she did, but again said nothing. When my Husband and I entered the "new" room we found it in very bad repair, carpet was dirty, extremely old, and wrinkled (in need of being restrethched) bedspread was either stained or dirty, and bathroom was very worn, with a dirty floor. My husband & I had a great time during our stay in McCall & the staff at the hotel were very friendly & helpful in giving us information about the surrounding area to enjoy. And the clerk on duty Christmas morning, Casey, was very accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed for breakfast & that our stay was very enjoyable.
