The room was actually just fine. The one thing that happened affected my whole stay. We were in the room until about 12 noon with a do not disturb sign on. Around noon we left, removed the sign and didn't return until after 9pm and our room had not been cleaned. We were told that the cleaning people leave before noon. Where does that happen?
