A continental breakfast was in the write-up and not offered. There was no coffee available 2 out of 4 mornings of our stay. The floor above us was occupied by 4 a.m. risers and our room below them was unbelievably noisy. Recommend you pick a top floor if you stay there.

Well this room had no holes in furniture or spots on the rugs. The wall by the tub needed some fixing, but overall this was the best room we have had here. The web site says daily housekeeping, but since that is not true it needs to be changed.

the heating unit in the 1st room was extremely noisy & I did tell them about it the next morning. Nothing was done & there was no message to me when I came back to this room. I was too tired to complain , but didn't sleep well cuz of the noise. Next morning I decided to stay another nite, but not in that same room. I asked for a free upgraded room for […] the inconvenience & that was granted. The next room was quiet but the bathtub was dirty. The cleaning staff there seemed to be more concerned with getting in the room asap cuz they kept on bugging me about it. The manager came to my room a few minutes after the checkout time was up telling me I was going to be charged $20 if I did not leave in a 1/2 hour. & she knew of the problems I had the 2 previous nites. The floors have spots, the couch arm was torn. No daily cleaning even though the web site said so. Have stayed there several times because it suits our needs. It is clean, but needs some TLC.

I have stayed here for three trips to High Point. The price is great. The exterior of the building is as good as ever but the interior could use some updating but then of course the price would also increase. The room was clean but showed it's age.

I have stayed at this hotel several times with no complaints...this time was different. I stayed for 5 nights and the room was serviced 2 times. Well let's call it 1.5 times because the trash was only emptied once, the bed was only made once. the towels were changed twice but the floor was only cleaned once. The quality of the mattress and furnishings […] was very low and the carpet itself needed to be replaced some time ago. I could over look the room conditions if the service had been ok. I saw and heard several other guests complain to the manager about having no service, even with visits to the front desk requesting service. The outside grounds are very well kept... However, the insides are generally dirty and in dire need of updating. The A/C hardly worked and leaked. The room didn't smell very well, the linens had burn marks, and it was overall a very unkempt place!

This is not a luxury hotel. It's for longer term stays for workers and others who need an inexpensive, but comfortable, place to stay on a weekly or monthly basis. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was very clean and contained all necessities. Bed was extremely firm and not suited for my comfort. Hotel due for reno as there was a graveyard of recliners in the back near the dumpsters, but the value and location trumped that minor detail. Room was very small. Requested 2 rooms. One for two adults and two teenagers. The room had one bed and they had no roll away beds. Paid more and was mooved to room with two beds. Found trash in kitchen from frevious guest. Things in room were faling apart and carpet and furniture dirty. Would not stay again.

It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but they do allow pets and have smoking rooms. These are 2 hard-to-find guest needs in today's "holier-than-thou" and "overly-sensitive" lodging industry. This Crestwood Suites Hotel serves more guests on a long-term stay because of working away from home and a comfortable, reasonably priced place is needed to call their temporary […] home. This place is close to family we see frequently. This was our third visit. The place seemed cleaner this time, but the bedspread had a hole and the bathroom needed a few patches. Rooms are not made up everyday and there is no breakfast service. It fits our needs and the staff is nice.

This trip made my 4th time to stay at this hotel. It's convenient to my family's home and to all the best restaurants. It's also right next door to Walmart's. The room was in bad shape. The couch had a tear in it and the stuffing was coming out as well as large stains and it was dirty....had to put a blanket on it to sit on it. The floor was gross. It had stains everywhere and looked like it hadn't been shampood or really replaced in years. Even the smoke free room smelled smoking and both of our blankets were torn. There was noise all night long. We believe this is actuall an alternate homeless shelter.
