The main reason we chose this hotel over others in the area that were equally priced was the hot tub, and it did not let us down. It was perfect! They... provided us with towels at the pool and the fitness room. On one occasion they were out in the pool area, when I asked at the desk they told me that they would bring me one right away. Not only did they bring it but they also brought it directly to my things as I was already in the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotels location was perfect, just down the street from the Maine Mall along with many other stores. It is also just about a 15 to 20 minute ride to Old Port which offers a Marriott as well but for much more money. Our room was very spacious with a king size bed and couch. The only complaint really was that we could not get the a/c to just run the fan all night long. (We like "white noise" to sleep to). The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable with lots of extra pillows. The bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. They also provided more towels than most hotels. This was a perfect choice for my husband and I for a special weekend away. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 23, 2012
