There is no gift shop on premises. There is no restaurant on site. The Chinese restaurant Lang's Express that the staff recommended had the worst food I have ever eaten! The Italian restaurant was overpriced for their room service as well. The indoor pool was nice, but the water was a little chilly and there was a lot of chlorine in the water. There […] was a great breakfast (eggs, pancakes, sausage, bagels, muffins, etc.) in the morning. There was coffee and tea and cookies in the lobby 24 hours a day. The exercise room is nice and there is a tv to watch. During the night, there were some knocking sounds coming from our room. We could not figure out where exactly it was originating from, but no one was at our door. The movie theatre is just minutes away. The mall is across the street. Great location. Restaurants close by. The stay was good. The room is big but the tv was a bit awkwardly positioned. When we got off the elevator to our floor, we thought the hallway smelled like smoke. As we came and went, we realized it was more of a musty smell. Whatever it was, it wasn't pleasant but you don't notice it a few minutes later. The breakfast was simple, toast, bagels, yogurt, […] fruit, cereal, etc. The room didn't have an information folder of things in the area or about the hotel which surprised us but we were so busy that we didn't take the time to ask if it was a mistake or not. I was really looking forward to staying here. It was the weekend of my birthday.I thought suite meant luxury, but not at this hotel.It just meant expensive. There was trash over flowing out of trash barrels.Only two carts for luggage for all those guests.Breakfast was no better than Mcdonalds! The hotels staff was unfriendly and the hotel was dirty. […] The Suites was small and cramped.The furniture was really uncomfortable and it was hard to get a wireless connection.It said the suites had everything, boy were we disappointed.I guess everything meant microwave and mini refrigerator? Room was a king suite with a kitchenette area. There was with a under counter fridge with generous counter space, traditional coffee maker and a microwave.Great for long stays but there was only one sink in the bedroom-bath area so you had to share personal grooming with dish washing.
