This hotel was located in a great spot. But there were roudy kids slamming doors untill 6 am. Throwing the screan out the windows and hotel management did nothing about the complaints. An indoor pool was advertised but was closed for repairs & we were directed to use the pool at another hotel which was small, crowded and had no changing room or shower. Our room felt around 50º when we arrived and, although we turned the heat up to 90º, it never seemed much warmer than 55º. "It was the weak link of my vacation."
Wow, where do I begin? I am usually not one to complain about anything. After staying at this place I was compelled to sign up just to write this warning for all. The stay was like a nightmare except I don't get to wake up from it. Upon checking in I found out there was no refridgerator as advertised and they had the nerve to charge me extra for one,. […] They said there's nothing they can do and it's not their fault. BS! I ask if they could at least get it to my room asap so I could go get some lunch. They told me they would get the fridge to me within 15 min. and I ended up waiting for over an hour, at which point I had to call the front desk and remind them. I am not even making up the following. Upon entering the room I noticed patches of stains on the carpet. The light near the bathroom keeps flicking on and off. The bathroom smells like a gym locker. The sheets smells like someone threw up in it. The bathroom door doesn't lock. The coffee maker is broken. I have stayed in bad motels, but for what I paid, this place it was a total rip off! ""Non-Smoking" Room reeked of smoke"
I reserved a non-smoking room. When I checked in, my room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. I requested to change rooms but was told that my room was a non-smoking room and there were no more rooms available. I had a headache from the stench and got little sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! It was very dirty. Dogs barking - no soundproof whatsoever. Management did nothing about it. Just apologized for the noise. "WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE HOTEL AT ALL."
I was not happy with the hotel at all. I don't think it was worth the price that we paid. The hotel was not busy and they put us on the 4th floor. We got that changed and then they gave us a room on the 2nd floor and when you looked out the window all you could see was a concrete wall. We will never stay again. The workers were not friendly at all. […] They had a customer service at all. I think my comments should be posted so other people can see what thay are getting there self inbto when they book this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
