The only thing I would "complain" about was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway of the floor I was staying on. It's supposed to be smoke free. Other... than that, the hotel is in a great location. It's across the street from the Maine Mall and not even a mile from the highways. Portland is easily accessible as well. I had room service and the food was very good.
