"Not the Doubletree we know"
We are used to a much higher quality from a Doubletree property. This is an old Wyndam and it has not been updated. The rooms are the same size as a Holiday Inn. There was no frig or microwave in the room or available anywhere. The closet was half size and only three drawers in the dresser. "Horrible hotel experience"
If they are going to have a convention with people dressed in costumes and having the hotel floors smell like spray paint they should warn people was hard to get from Car to elevator without people for the anime convention giving me my husband bad looks I wont be staying there again. "Room temperature control very poor"
The air conditioning system was very loud and either too warm or too cool in the room to the extent that it interfered with our sleep and we woke tired each morning. It blew really cold air when on and if we turned the temperature up - even to 72 F - it would actually blow heated air instead of allowing the room to heat up from lack of air conditioned […] air. Otherwise it would be a decent stop but due to this significant failure I would not spend another night there. The air system is not what was expected from this hotel line.
