"Out of Date Design ---Colors"

My stay was very good!! It was close to most anything and the staff was SUPER! The only issue I had was the power went out the first night, but the staff was diligent about getting it back on quickly. "Nice people, good breakfast, slow internet..."
Everyone that worked at the hotel greeted me and was very friendly. The free breakfast was simple, but sufficient. Usually we don't get awakened at other hotels by the cleaning staff at 6am knocking on our door. Fortunately we had the door chained and they couldn't come in. The one day we could have slept in and once we were awakened...it was done. Then we went down to breakfast (at other hotels the closing time for breakfast is 10am) so we got down to eat at 9:40am […] and guess what....they closed the breakfast down at 9:30am... "Staff Makes a Difference"
The hotel was comfortable and clean. The room was a step above many of the national chains in like category. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. "Not my cup of tea"
First of all, maybe the hotel staff might think about ironing their clothes or at least hanging them after removing from the dryer? Every day our room card/key would not work and we had to get a new one. I really though I was getting a suite---this was recommended to me instead of and compared to the Sheraton across the street and the golf club resort […] the Inverness. Who are you trying to kid. I was most unhappy and called Hotel.com after check in to see about moving somewhere else and was told it was up to the Hotel. They said it was in Hotel.com hands and not them. Total runaround. "Good Value"
Good Value - Happy hour with plenty of food and drink - breakfast equally ample. Did not get a chance to use pool or exercise room, but they looked nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The happy hour and breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great selection to choose from (even for a vegetarian)! Hotel was clean and quiet. Although the hotel is located outside of the city, the Denver light rail has a station right across the street (in part why I chose this hotel). The trains were super clean […] and easy to use and a bonus to staying here. The only bad thing I can say is the pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. "a little noise at bedtime but it quieted down."
We experienced some "swimming pool" noise at bedtime. We were on the second floor on the end of the building where the in-door/out-door pool was located. Kids were playing....
