Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was friendly. My only gripe was the coffee was cold at 5 a.m. I am a VERY early riser (especially when used to central time) so I am not holding it against the hotel. I understand there are not a lot of people coming down for coffee at 5 a.m. and I am sure they don't want to make a fresh pot just because of a couple […] early risers. Hot tub wasn't open on time but the staff member was more than happy to turn the lights on when I asked. (again, early riser here). Location was great. The Italian restaurant next door was so amazing we had it twice. You will notice a room delivery menu in your room. However, they no longer deliver room service so throw it away as soon as you get to your room. Funny thing - previous reviewers said the shower curtain was too short. Of course I would've NEVER noticed if no one had said anything but yet, they are abnormally short shower curtains! Ha! Overall GREAT hotel for a GREAT price. This is one of the better hotels I've stayed in, and I've stayed at some "higher end" chains before. This Comfort Suites beats them all! Nice job guys! Read more

It was great but we got stuck on the ground / handicap floor so the shower was weird. Also you could see in the bathroom that there had been a water leak from the floor above and the ceiling was damaged. Also they closed the pool on New Years day. Otherwise it was great! Basically everything rocked except the water pressure in the shower was significantly disrupted when we took our showers approx 10am (it was a lazy vacation). Water pressure decreased for a minute or two then returned to normal. Was inconvenient & puzzling, but shower was still successful. Continental breakfast was better than most, in my opinion. Hotel was extremely nice for the great price that we got. A problem with the heat at night made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable, so it wasn't as pleasant as it could have been. But overall, the room was nice, with a decent pool and hot tub. Would have been perfect if it weren't for the heating problem.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Denver, CO for a number of reasons. First, the location was super, there are tons of restaurants close by, and the mall is only minutes away, too! Second, the service was one of the best. Everyone at the hotel from the receptionists, to the housekeepers were the best. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and polite. Immaculate pool and hot tub facilities. The room was clean and quiet. The only negative was that the pillows were a little small and lumpy but that's what you get for not bringing one from home.

Room had seperate master bdrm. Kingsize bed, comfy with lots of pillows. Extra sink for outside of bathroom for drinks plus microwave and minifridge. Flat screen TV's. Aircon was in mbdrm. Not too noisy, we turned it off at night, temperature was ok. We were there in Jul, day temperatures close to 100F. Indoor pool. Maintenance seemed decent overall, […] everything worked and did not look worn. Elevator button needed repair on our floor, but it did work. Breakfast hot two hot food items each day, limited fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal, juice. Location handy to get to sights south of town. Traffic jams were encountered even mid week day northwest side of town trying to get to planetarium and estes park. ~20+ minutes to downtown. Seems to be in a business park, so no noise but nothing to walk to. Target store about a mile north. Definitely would stay here again. Read more

Everything in this hotel was just great, except the blanket on the bed was covered with long black and blond hair! After picking them off for a long time I was grossed out and changed it for another one from the closet, which was in the same shape. this hotel is one of my favorite. low price but have pretty neat rooms. the only downside was the shower head was way too low that seems like they are made for old people (no offense though) coz me and my bf are pretty tall. but other than that everything was great.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Last time was with the kids and this time just hubby and I. It's a great location and love Maggiano's across the street. Close to light rail station and Park Meadows Mall. Great room and wonderful service. Their breakfast is amazing. We are planning another stay and bringing friends with us. We were in the middle of a long drive and this was nice place to stop and relax for the night. We were able to take a dip in the pool and hot tub, and also sit on the couch and watch some television before bed. It was very relaxing and the room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel.
