"Pool of Green....."
booked with expedia and requested a pool for the children, we left sea world early so the children could go swimming. and it was a disappointment when we arrived at the hotel to see a green pool..... and there was no coffee, the sweet rolls for breakfast was gone by 8am......Genuine Expedia guest review

"Never again"
There r no reall windows in the back, so it definitely not quiet. U hear people screaming and shouting all night. There's a bar next door and all they do is yell. There washer and dryer don't work and the guy at the desk was a jerk. If ur staying for 1 night u should be ok but any longer i don't recamind itGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"It's just ok"
We went to see partly my mother in law's family and to run some errands in the area- we got two rooms we looked at both rooms first - they gave us one right next to the other which was good. One room was clean and smelled clean- we gave that one to my mother in law, the second smelled horribly like cigarettes - both rooms were non-smoking. We called […] right away to let them know that one stank of cigarettes, we didn't ask for another room because we liked the fact that one was right next to the other and we didn't want to waste time. Also, the facet in the bathroom tub in one room - the water did not go up to the shower head so we used a plastic cup to gather water from the bottom facet to bathe ourselves. The next day, luckily it worked but we told the staff when we left hoping they'd fix it for the next guest. There are a plenty of restaurants to eat in the area, that was a plus. "Not staying again"
There were no towels when we checked into our room. When we returned after being gone on the 2nd day, there were, once again, no towels left in the room after the room was cleaned. "Definitely could have been better"
The hotel had ants. We requested to switch our room two days after arriving when it was brought to our attention. The front desk stated that this was an on going problem and not an isolated occurrance. The windows looked like they had screens which had been bent and with a trailer park behind the hotel Id be willing to bet that security may have been […] an issue for the hotel in the past. Some shady looking people were always drinking beers in the pool and spa area and the air conditioner in our first room smelled like urine. Lastly the tv stations weren't the same for every room. "Bad place, good location"
This was a great location! Convenient, close to everything, easy freeway access. And a good price. However, yuck. The hotel rooms weren't cleaned well and were outdated. "Would never stay here again"
I would never stay at this hotel again. There was a HUGE cockroach crawling up the wall in the bathroom and when I asked for another room (since I was staying two nights) and was told that I had to wait until the morning. In the morning, they gave me another room. What appeared to be spilled coffee grounds turned out to be dead and 1/2 dead ants all […] over the floor. I was then given another room. "Not a comfortable hotel"
The room with 2 beds is very small. Not enough to put luggages. We just came from the East Coast, and the continental breakfast served in the East Coast is much more comprehensive with juice and cereals and waffles. Aamiainen koostui kahvista ja pullasta, edes respa ei kuvaillut sitä aamiaiseksi. Ensimmäinen huone haisi todella pahalta, mutta saimme vaihduttua sen toiseen huoneeseen.
